ASHRAE Standard 90-1:2007

This video is about how to achieve energy efficiency building based from ASHRAE Standard 90.1.

The latest is ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2007.This standard is a requirement for Green Building certification such as LEED.





For Malaysia GBI, it is not a requirement to comply to ASHRAE 90.1 but the building need to comply with MS1525 (if related to the targeted point).

ASHRAE 90.1:2007 is more stringent than MS1525. ( more costly)

For example, lighting power density for :-

Office
ASHRAE 90.1 : 2007 = 12 W/m2
MS1525 : 2007 = 15 W/m2
